"A PARCEL OF LAND situated in Poblacion District II, Silago, Southern

Leyte, bounded on the North by Barangay Road, on the South by Lot No.
364 Isaac Capeña, on the West by Share A Manuel Labrador, Jr., on the
East by remaining portion containing an area THREE HUNDRED SEVEN
(307) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”
