3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.(Due to price increment in raw material eg. Metal,stainless steel, alminium & etc.)
4. Final Measurement to be taken at site.
5.The above quoted price is only valid for the quantity stated.Any variation fot the quantity, the price will be revised accordingly.
6.Water and electrical supply should supply by client before work commence.
7.Additional works requested by your goodself and whatever item not mention in this quotation shall
be charged as variation order and extended period will be required.
8.Quotation does not included any payment to government authorities for account opening,
license, permit such as any Majlis Perbandaran, Telekom, TNB, submeter, sub-main and water facilities and etc.
9.Price quoted may vary if part of the job were awarded to others.
