A. Explain the relevance of assessment and evaluation.
 In terms of the relevance and importance, assessment key roles are to help the learners to gain
knowledge by study, instruction, or experience. It helps also the learners to know if they’re doing was
been aligned to their particular task and learning goal. To determine whether they are progressing and
understand the instructional course materials. By all means it helps the learners to be motivated. In the
same way, evaluation significance is focuses of the systematic method to study the learners’ quantity
performances and skills to determine what makes to improve and practice of and what could be the
program or initiative platform in order for the learners to achieve their standard school requirements.

B. Why would one consider a three-way TOS than the other formats?
 In my opinion, three-way TOS consider as an effective format because of its concise content table
where in it serve as a guidelines and a helpful tool for the teachers to manage well their constructing
and preparing test items for the takers especially for the learners.
