B.E/B.Tech qualifications without notifying Direct Recruitment Notification”-

Respected Sir,

We are 1,00,000+ Unemployed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech holders from the AP State

awaiting for Recruitment Notifications in AP Power Utilities since years. (Also several pass
outs from IITs/NITs /Universities are also competing for this AEE exam and approximate
competition for each post is around 1:300). Further due to CORONA several Private
companies has stopped recruitments and unemployment in the AP State has reached to the
peaks. It is learnt that 350 AEE posts in APTransco, 300 AEE posts in APGENCO, 500 AEE
posts in APDISCOMs are vacant for which the Min qualification is B.E/B.Tech. We have
been awaiting for the AEE notifications and preparing since years for the examinations.

It is learnt that APTRANSCO, APGENCO, APDiscoms are planning to fill up all

of the AEE/AE posts with several in-Service employees like Watchmen, Drivers,
Testers, JLMs, JPAs, LMs etc who acquired B.E/B.Tech/Diploma either during the
service (Distance Mode) or prior to their joining their service.

Sir, if mere acquiring B.E/B.Tech can confer the AEE/AE posts to in-service lower
cadre employees, our hard earned B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech are drained and our awaiting for
Notifications since years is wasted.

Graduation is the Min Qualification for several Group-IV/ Group-III/Group-

II/Group-I/All India Services/Central Services: Junior Assistant post in Revenue Dept
(Group-IV), Dy.MRO post (Group-II), RDO/Dy.Collector Post (Group-I), Collector/IAS post
(All India Service) all of them have Min Qualification as Graduation only. Whether the Govt
of AP by is converting by Appointment by Transfers all the Watchmen/ Office Subordinates/
Drivers etc (10th /ITI/ Intermediate qualification) if obtains Graduations as MRO/RDO/IAS
posts?? Or if he they obtain B.E/B.Tech will they be appointed as AEEs/AEs?? and if
M.Tech as Assistant Professors??

We request you sir, to cancel the wrong practices if any and AEE Notifications may
be issued for all the vacant posts in APTransco/APGenco/APDiscoms at an earliest
