Item No.1: CONTORLS, BOX; KEYPAD ASSY,IMO Part No.10129069-001:

A control box provides the physical interface to allow an operator to control a piece of
equipment and monitor its performance.
Control boxes typically contain a variety of instruments such as switches, knobs, sliders and
buttons. These are connected to the equipment and are used to control it, allowing operators to
start, stop or adjust various functions

Item No. 2: Mud Flow Level Sensor, Land, w/Cable, Rev. 0 Part No. 10033775-001:

Mud flow level sensor accurately measuring the level of drilling fluid flow through the mud return
line and this sensor is crucial for monitoring the drilling fluid balance in the wellbore. These
sensors have historically used for measuring the flow rate of drilling fluid through the mud return
line, they have proven to be problematic for drillers and require frequent maintenance

Item No. 3: SENSOR, ECONDER,INCREMENTAL, HOLLOW SHAFT Part No. 10071652-001:

An encoder is a sensor of mechanical motion that generates digital signals in response to

motion. As an electro-mechanical device, an encoder is able to provide motion control system
users with information concerning position, velocity and direction. There are two different types
of encoders: linear and rotary. A linear encoder responds to motion along a path, while a rotary
encoder responds to rotational motion. An encoder is generally categorized by the means of its
output. An incremental encoder generates a train of pulses which can be used to determine
position and speed. An absolute encoder generates unique bit configurations to track positions
directly.

Item No. 4: T-POT N/W INTERFACE – SERVER SIDE Part No. 10090502-003:

A network interface is hardware interface between two pieces of equipment or protocol layers in
a computer network. A network interface will usually have some form of network address. This
may consist of a node identifier and a port number or may be a unique node ID in its own right.

Network interfaces provide standardized functions such as passing messages, connecting and
disconnecting, etc.

Item No. 5: PROXIMITY TYPE MUD PUMP SPM SENSOR Part No. 10051852-001:

Mud pump Stroke Counter System monitors and displays the number of strokes and stroke rate
for mud pumps. The system is available in (1) pump, (2) pump or (3) pump configurations. The
counter displays both the total number of strokes on each pump and the strokes per minute on
each pump.

Item No. 6: IS Barrier, Drawworks Encoder,Rev.Part No. 10673863-001:

This Draw Works encoder combines rugged, heavy-duty features into a unique through-shaft
style for use as a winch turns counter in the Draw Works system of oil rigs. It incorporates dual
bearings and shaft seals for NEMA 4 and 13 (IP65) ratings, a hard-anodized metal housing and
a sealed connector.

ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE CONSUMABLES.
