Script for the audio version of the Nipam Podcast

Intro

Hello there welcome to the Official Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management
Podcast. (NIPAM) was established by an Act of Parliament, the NIPAM Act 2010 (Act 10 of 2010), and
was officially inaugurated on 25 February 2011 by His Excellency Hifikepunye Pohamba.

The purpose of NIPAM is to transform the public service in Namibia through improving management,
leadership and professional competencies. It also aims to foster a climate of purpose, values and
professional traditions amongst public sector employees

What the podcast will focus on

- Training
- Consultations
- Operational research
- Capacity evaluation
- Anything along those lines facilitated by NIPAM. This will see us conduct a series in interviews
with not only people from NIPAM but also external parties. This includes speakers from our
webinars and seminars.

Training Facilitated by NIPAM . In the interview with her we discuss everything from why she attended
the training to how it was useful to her in her day to day profession
