As per report of the Registry, calculation sheet has not been filed.

Sh.Balbir Masih, Superintendent, GMADA has appeared and has made the statement, recorded
separately, to the effect that JDs will execute the conveyance deed in respect of the plot in favour of
the DH as per the order under execution of this Commission within 15 days’ time and also states
that rest of the order will be complied on the adjourned date.

On the request of the learned counsel for the JD, the case is adjourned to 27.11.2020 to comply
with the undertaking and for further proceedings.
