My adaptability allows me to go with
the flow and stay in the "now". This
trait allows me to take on anything
that is thrown at me and continue to
thrive, even under immense pressure.
Empathy
My empathy allows me to tap into
other people's emotions and feel
what they are feeling. This trait
comes in handy in business because I
can relate easier to clients and
customers and make genuine
connections.

My input trait allows me to collect
information and archive it. This trait is
especially helpful in business because
it shows my need for accumulating
important information and putting it to
use in an analytical way.
Includer
My includer trait allows me to notice
when others feel left out and make
them a part of the group. This is a
strength because working in business
is all about being part of a team, and
this trait makes sure that everyone is
involved in the process of creating
something great!

Intellection
My intellection trait allows me to be very introspective and
think things through. I enjoy having intellectual discussions
and working things until their finished product while thinking
