TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I, ABDELRASHID PANTAO SANGCOPAN, authorize my mother, ROSAMINA

PANTAO DATUHAROUN, to represent me and fill the necessary forms
required for the issuance of a Barangay Certification. And to claim the said
Certification, as I cannot make myself available, on the date of schedule, because I
will be out of town.

Attached to this letter are the photocopies of my three Identification Card as

proof of authorized transaction.

consideration and approval.
