Q. Do you agree with the assessment and Why?
A.- Yes. I want to work in Systems/Contingency Organization and as per survey that comes as my ideal
organization.

Because I am flexible in working with any kind of situation and any kind of organization at the same time.
From my prior work experience, I have worked in a wide variety of organizations starting from engineering
firm, as a faculty in coaching institute to financial institute where I have supervised multiple roles with
equivalent sincerity and those were great learning curves for me as well. I have handled critical roles
which involved risk and conflict as well. I mentored lot many people that posed me with sense of
responsibility and took their feedback to rectify and thereby enriching myself. That shared culture of
knowledge suited me well and made me feel proud. When I was working with “Dena Bank”, I led a team
successfully to gain first hand experience on leadership quality. I handled few projects that ensured
productivity as well as timely delivery to achieve goal of the organization. All these series of events and
following experience drive me to work for System/Contingency Organization.
