With my head held high, I walked into the meeting room smiling.
3. Write an analysis for your sentence, stating the words you chose to convey this
attitude, and why you chose them.
I used the speaker’s actions and expressions to convey the tone of the word confident.
With one’s head held high and a smile on one’s face, feelings, emotions and actions are
conveyed that depict a tone of confidence. Body language is implied that shows
self-assurance. In doing this, I am attempting to create an image of confidence.
