Human beings have told stories about heroes since ancient times.

Heroes represent what is

good, fair, and just to the cultures that tell these stories and pass them on to future generations.
Homer, in the book of The Odyssey titled "In the One-Eyed Giant's Cave," portrays Odysseus as a
heroic figure by emphasizing the traits readers might admire, especially his commitment to his
homeland and his bravery in the face of challenges.
Challenges are something that's very important and also could be hard to deal with but
nevertheless The Odyssey was always loyal to the Greek and also had a very strong
commitment. He was determined to reveal his true identity in dramatic fashion , after a while
time passed and he finally began to identify himself to the Phaecians at fest by telling stories of
his wanderings while still having a strong commitment to the greeks. Meanwhile one of the
Polyphemus traps Odysseus and a scouting party in his cave.
The Greeks were known throughout the ancient world as a people who were loyal to their home
country and able to meet and overcome difficult obstacles through courage. Homer wrote this
story to emphasize Odysseus's strong qualities and thus to hold him up as an example to
others.
