B2C https://www.bol.com/nl/ 
Bol.com is a Dutch web shop based in the Netherlands but also very popular in Belgium. This
privately held company offers general merchandising products in different categories that consist of
film, music, toys, electronics, watches, baby products, jewelry, and DIY. The E-commerce website
offers over 23 million items in total and serves more than 11 million active customers in Belgium and
the Netherlands. 
B2B https://www.goodstartpackaging.com/  
Good Start Packaging is an American company which sales compostable products to
businesses. They promote sustainability through their environment friendly foodservice
packaging that is very accessible to companies, such as restaurants. Their website gives businesses a
very B2C-like shopping experience with many filters (including brand, capacity, material, hot or cold
food, etc.) for a more relevant search. Also, they offer vary ways of contacting and a button linked to
Google reviews from all customers, which makes the website increase social proof. 
B2G https://www.novado.be/  
Novado is a software development company which specializes in UX analysis, data management,
process automation and smart government solutions. Novado was founded in 1998 in a garage.
Today the company has 28 employees and has a strong portfolio in government projects. They made
the government websites codex.vlaanderen.be and eGovFlow. 
C2C https://www.ebay.com/  
eBay is an online shopping site known for the consumer-to-consumer sales and its auctions. This
business started in 1995 in California, USA, and spread worldwide, now being available in many
countries across the globe. The website is user friendly and is divided in 2 sections, buyers and
sellers. Making an account is free, but if you sign up as a seller there will be small costs depending on
the price you sell your items for or on the duration of your listing.

Fiver is a service that connects freelancers to businesses and consumers. For example, a new
company needs a logo, so they can go on Fiverr and find a graphic designer to make one. The website
is relatively straightforward to use! You can browse categories like; audio, photo and many more,
select the budget that you are willing to spend and see previews from what they offer.  
There is something for everyone on this website, thus many people go there for a relatively cheap
solution! 
C2G https://www.vlaanderen.be/een-verzoekschrift-indienen-bij-het-vlaams-parlement 
This is a website owned by the Flemish government where people can file complaints or suggestions
about the Flemish policy.  The site provides info on who can file complaints and what
can and can’t be in the petition.  
G2C https://www.ing.be/nl/retail 
The government actually sells insurances, bonds, and stocks through our bank system. ING is one of
the biggest banks, also an international example which makes it very broad in what they do. What
happens is they offer the insurances, and collect taxes through the banks, which serves as a service
from the government to the consumer.

Flanders Investment & Trade is a government institution which helps Flemish companies to invest in
other countries and helps foreign countries to invest in Flanders. FIT has a global network of exports,
which offers free advice. They facilitate export and import and they helpto match Flemish and
foreign companies to start cooperations.

BE-alert is a digital website made by the crisis center of the Belgian government as a measure to
combat the COVID-19 pandemic in Belgium. The website provides data that is sent to the
Belgian federal government which they can use to evaluate the situation in Belgium and
enforce stricter rules if necessary. The website and app are a project between 2 government
agencies: the crisis center (which is an agency of the Belgian government) and the Belgian
federal government.
