1. What is the difference between a Rollback Update and an Apply Update?

a rollback update is a feature that allows you revert back to a previous version of
Windows.

an apply update is a update that is requried before using windows.

2. What is a BSOD (Blue Screen) and how can you fix it?

BSOD is a Windows OS error screen that shows an indication of system conflicts that
leads to a system crash.

Common reasons for BSOD include: system hardware failures, temperature, timing,
resources, corrupt registries and/or viruses.

Common fixes for BSOD include: Undoing recent changes, checking hardware, booting
in safe mode, doing nessacary updates, and killing viruses.

3. What is the difference between MBR and GPT?

The maximum partition capacity for MBR is 2TB while GPT max capacity is unlimited.

The firmware support for MBR is a BIOS interface while the GBT firmware supprt is a
UEFI interface.

Operating System support for MBR is Windows 7 and older while support for GPT is
for Windows 8 and newer.

4. What are the troubleshooting steps for printer issues?
