Stumble-thru

GENERAL / FOR ALL

1. Stumble-thru on Wednesday, October 7th


a. Actors are called at 6:15, the run will start at 6:30

TECHNICAL

1. Chris has been talking back and forth with IT.


a. Bridgett’s computer is reimaged and is ready to be picked up by Anna on
Monday
2. Chris ordered a new laptop - he suggests that when we get this laptop, we give
Bridgett’s laptop to Bella and let Anna have the new laptop.
3. Actors need to start working with their cameras ASAP
4. Three Performance Spaces
a. Dressing room - each actor using a dressing room as a studio.
b. Where they are right now - making a makeshift studio in their current living
situations
c. Where they go if school closes down - same as above, but wherever they
move to if GVSU closes down
5. Actors are going to need some sort of (cheap) colorful tape so they can mark blocking.
6. On October 12th, Alex is going to start going to GVSU to use the big computer to play
with box sizes on OBS.
7. Alex and Chris are going to meet in-person at GVSU on Friday, October 9th at 3:00,
and Karen is going to be streamed into the meeting via Skype.
8. We could have pre-recorded footage to use for

PROPS / SCENIC
1. We want to let actors start working with props.
a. Chavala is going to get a steak knife from props storage
b. Jill is going to drop off fans for Marie-Antoinette in the MTD office to get picked
up on Monday
2. Karen is going to look at the rehearsal schedule to see when we can test out working
with short step-ladders.
a. This will require an actor to come on campus during a rehearsal.
3. Karen and Al are going to meet at 10 AM on Sunday, October 11th to talk about
images.

COSTUME / WARDROBE / HAIR

1. Jill is going to start pulling small costume pieces (pocket-watch, locket, jewelry) for
actors to pick up on Monday.
a. Jill is going to show Alex how to put a woman’s pocket-watch on, and then Alex
will show Anna.
2. Tay is okay with cutting her hair to shoulder-length.
3. Jill and Karen are going to meet on Monday the 5th at 1:30
4. Bridgett is going to take pictures of some costume pieces to send to Karen on
Monday.
5. We do not have time to make corsets.
a. Jill is going to go up to storage to see what more corsets we have.
b. Jill is also going to get rehearsal skirts, and actors will be able to pick them up
from the MTD office.

FRONT OF HOUSE / PUBLICITY

1. Bridgett needs the ticket prices finalized so she can start advertising for the show.
2. Ticket website should up by Monday
3. 300 tickets per performance
4. Ticket Prices:
a. Student price is $3
b. Non student price is $6
c. View party ticket is $15
5. Bridgett and Karen are thinking about promotional videos
6. We have our graphics
a. Bridgett has them, so if anyone needs them go to her

SOUND

1. Al, Karen, and Dan are going to meet on Monday the 5th at noon to talk about sound
stuff.

STAGE MANAGEMENT / CREW
