when discussing slowing the spread. Day 2 consists of a

presentation of the University COVID-19 prevention policy and a

Presentation from Sorority and Fraternity Life on their COVID-19

upon completion dialogue series. Number of COVID related

Hazing incidents and positive cases in Chapters would decrease.

Participants will understand the resources available to them, such

as anonymous hazing reports and policy violation reporting via

Qualtrics. Evaluation will be a Qualtrics Survey to gauge

understanding and program effectiveness. Also, a random selection

of participants to engage in an open dialogue via Zoom or Google

Meets to assess implications of the program.

■ Caffarella et al., Ch 6 & Ch. 7 Correlation to the Program Plan

● Sources of Ideas and Needs for this dialogue will be from mainly

Communities and Society, seeing that the COVID-19 outbreaks

not only affects the NCSU campus community but also the Wake

County Community (Caffarela et al., 2013, Ch 6. p.4). Key

Techniques (Caffarella et al., p. 5-8) that we would potential use is

Questionnaire to send to students and faculty/staff and/or Informal

interactions with Colleagues, Friends, Family, and Acquaintances

to gauge what should the needs should be covered in this dialogue.

In order to prioritize the needs, as a committee we will use the

collaborative qualitative approach so that everyone's thoughts are

included and heard. As for discussing the program goals, we will

use the collaborative approach, as presented in the Contingency-

Based Program Planning (CBPP) model, to insure that everyone

has a say in the goals of the dialogue (Caffarella et al., Ch 7. p. 2).
