DIPLOMA IN TA HANDBOOK

A1. ADMISSION
1. Become member of ICTA
2. Attended TA Basic course by an ICTA Approved Trainer
3. Contract for Diploma with ICTA
4. Contract for Diploma with Trainer
( New ICTA membership fee-Rs500, Diploma registration fee-Rs500 &Contract filing fee-Rs500)
A2. DIPLOMA ADVANCE GROUP—PROCEDURES
1. The group meet will be every week online 3 hours (total 12 hours in a month) or offline
for 12 hours per month depending on the convenience of the group. The total hours for
diploma course is 150 .
2. If any member needs any clarification on any subject or theory from the trainer, inform in
advance to enable the trainer to discuss in the immediate session.
3. There will be a Group need/Sharing sessions/Presentation of subjects at every meet.
4. Teaching Practices/Feedbacks in the group.
5. Sessions by Trainer on Advanced Topics.
6. Expert sessions by other trainers when required
7. Personal growth Sessions/Group Dynamics
8. Secrecy oath: Members share their personal experiences in the group. All trainees are
requested to keep strict confidentiality, and do not share it with anyone outside the
group.
9. Fees to the Trainer :- Three month’s fee has to be paid in advance at the time of joining
and pay the remaining fees to the trainer in the consecutive 9 months before the group
meet. One has to pay fee even trainee is absent from group meet. Professional fee to the
Trainer VV John will also be charged.
10. All the members should join in the online mail group by giving their email id and contact
number to the trainer on the joining day.
11. Members are requested to submit the trainee report to the trainer every month and get
logs ( Training, Presentation and Home study) signed from Trainer in every quarter.
B1. Requirements to qualify Diploma

1. 150 hours of Training:- Hours actually spend in Advance Training Groups with an
approved Trainer. These hours include weekly group meet, and Marathon.
2. 150 hours of Home Study : 3 hours a week of reading and writing.
1. Attend one ICTA Annual conference
3. Written exam submitted to ICTA : Question paper will be issued in advance to the
trainees by the trainer, and the answer sheets has to be submitted to the trainer 3
months before the exam date .
The written examination should be
o Word processed (in computer), in standard fonts at the size of 12’ (Times new
roman or Bookman Antiqua fonts )
o Presented on A4 size paper
o Printed only on one side of each page
o Each page should have good margins (2.54 cm), and must be numbered
consecutively throughout the document
