We live in a constantly changing world.

The year 2020 has been a challenging
time. In one way oranother, we are all
affected by the 2020 pandemic. Organi-
zations, whether formal or informal, has
had to make radical changes to the way
they operate and continue to find the
best way to operate in this new reality.
People, both employees and customers,
are also significantly affected by these
changes. Organizations need to find ways
to empower its employees as ways of
adapting to a new environment or per-
haps as part of efforts to find the best
way to operate in the new environment.
We invite you to look in to the challenge
of empowering people for a better nor-
mal and we look forward to you sharing
your insights on this topic on the 22nd
AIIAS International Conference on Busi-
ness, Education, and Public Health.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Accepting abstracts starting May 2021
The AIIAS International Conference is seeking research proposals or
presentation. The abstract should have 1) Introduction: the back-
ground, statement of the problem, purpose of the study, theoretical
framework/s, significant of the study, research gap; 2) Methodology:
research design, research methods, research setting, participants; and
3) Result: summary of findings (or significance of the study for ongo-
ing research), implications, argument of the findings, conclusion, and
recommendations.
List of components that must be included in the Word document to
be submitted include:
a. Title of the paper
b. Complete names of the presenter(s)
c. Institution affiliation (+ city and country)
d. Email address and cell phone number
e. Abstract (two pages, double space, 400-450 words)
f. Short bio, stated in third person (one paragraph, 50-60 words)
g. Explanation of the strand, where this abstract fit (50-100 words)
The Word document with these items must be submitted to
iconference@aiias.edu on or before August 1, 2021
Papers submitted for the Conference should be original, unpublished
manuscripts, and related to one of the conference strands. Of par-
ticular interest are reports of primary research and conceptual frame-
works based on a literature review that contribute new concepts or
perspectives to the fields of Business, Education, and Public Health.
Selected papers will be published in the International Forum Journal,
a peer-reviewed journal of the AIIAS Graduate School.
Conference Strands
The conference strands will focus on “empowering people for better
normal” in business, education, and public health.
Business: Accounting, Management, Human Resource Management,
Finance, Marketing, and Management Information Systems
Education: Curriculum and Instructions, Educational Administration,
and TESOL
Public Health: Health Promotion, Health Ministry, and Nutrition
Research: research culture, research production, best research prac-
tices, research challenges, research processes, research dissemina-
tion, alternative research approaches, research tools
