We live in a constantly changing world.


The year 2020 has been a challenging
time. In one way oranother, we are all
affected by the 2020 pandemic. Organi-
zations, whether formal or informal, has
had to make radical changes to the way
they operate and continue to find the
best way to operate in this new reality.
People, both employees and customers,
are also significantly affected by these
changes. Organizations need to find ways
to empower its employees as ways of
adapting to a new environment or per-
haps as part of efforts to find the best
way to operate in the new environment.
We invite you to look in to the challenge
of empowering people for a better nor-
mal and we look forward to you sharing
your insights on this topic on the 22nd
AIIAS International Conference on Busi-
ness, Education, and Public Health.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Accepting abstracts starting May 2021

The AIIAS International Conference is seeking research proposals or


presentation. The abstract should have 1) Introduction: the back-

research design, research methods, research setting, participants; and
