Dear Parents and Guardians:

Praised be Jesus Christ!

We would like to inform you that you can access the Report Card of your child for
the First Quarter via the Schoolaide Account of Parents starting 2:00 pm on
November 21, 2020 (Saturday).

In relation to this, accounts for the months of September and October must be
settled first to access your child’s Report Card. Please be guided by the following
payment methods:

• Onsite payment will be accommodated on or before November 19 until

3:00 pm.
• Bank payment and other modes of online payment will be accepted on or
before November 18 until 3:00 pm with the proof of payment which should
be emailed to cashier@pcs.edu.ph
Once cleared, a message will be sent to your child’s MS Teams Account
containing the link which will redirect the parents to their Schoolaide account to
open the Report Card.

However, for payments done beyond November 19 whether onsite or through

bank, the link in accessing the Report Card will only be received after three (3)
working days.

We invite you to have a consultation with your respective Class advisers or subject
teachers for queries on the grades of your child the following week after class
hours.
