BUSINESS MODELOF SNACKIT

I am Abinash barik, currently doing internship in snackit

under Avyan Techserve pvt ltd is located in HSR layout,
Bengaluru. Snackit is currently providing snacks vending
machine to the corporate companies on rental basis . The
clients or the corporates agree to the terms and conditions
of the contract and then the company visits the client’s
office location to analyze it properly and finally installing
the vending machine in the respective location. Not only
the machine is set up, the products in the vending machine
are also taken care of by snackit. The product is filled
according to the demand and requirements of the client and
its employees. Snackit earn profit through margins, rentals,
advertisement, listing fees, space selling. Snackit also
create a profit margin which they bring the products from
distributors or vendors and sells through vending machine
and they keep 35% 0f profit and 65% of profit they give to
distributors and vendors.
ROLE AT SNACKIT
 I am working in the marketing domain of the
company. The first two days, all the interns were
given a brief understanding of company’s business
model, and what tasks each of us is required to do.
There are total eight students who are working in
marketing domain. Where we are asked to find how
many products are available in snackit. Then we find
who are the vendors of the particular product. Iam
 working on product centric and service department. As
per services in snackit i learn lot of things in snackit
and it provide different multiple payment through
vending machine to the customer as per their
requirement. Direct sell of product, vending machine
installation charges these are services provide by
snackit. As iam working on my respective topic which
is IDENTIFY THE NEED FOR INSTALLATION
OF SNACKIT VENDING MACHINE AT
CORPORATES WITH CUSTOMIZED FOOD
OPTIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS. To
known that which product is giving highest revenue
and customer taste and preference for respective
location ( in which location which product’s demand
is high). Iam also working on services which snackit
provide to the customer as per their requirement. Now
days we are going to location where vending machine
has already installed for audit purpose and also we
learn about the basic functioning of the vending
machines.
