It was July Year 2013, It was just a vacation visit of the founder who saw a potential area in Rizal. On
their way to the countryside, he saw this land full of trees right beside the national road in Rizal. They call
it Taghangin. It means windy, he find it relaxing and very comfortable.

THE BROMPTON GROUP CORPORATION, was founded year 2013. This name was came from a well
known city in London. It just came to his mind to use this as the company name, since it was located in
the Philippines. He think that this is a nice location to put up a Unique and Classy Subdivision on that
area, this is were the Kensington Gardens came. He is completely confident that this area called
Taghangin is now just a simple place… but soon it will become a well known area in the Philippines. He
always thinks positive. This is what he is, and this is where he is. On TOP. That is why we call it the
NUMBER 1

I am Judiel Ann M. Dela Cruz, a fourth year student taking Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration. As I make my way to last semester of my year in college, I am required
to take On-the-job training .for an experience in working after school. I am interning at a
Brompton group Corporation (BGC). at Unit 304, beatriz tower lauan Street. Brgy. duyan duyan
project 3 1102 Quezon City. It is a company entered the landgroup and constructional industries.
I started my on-the-job training December 17, 2018 and assigned to work with Administration
Department.

I started in Paper Works and supervised by Mr. Giovani Caunca a General Manager. On
the first day in my internship I felt so nervous to commit mistakes because I was a newbie at that
time and I also felt afraid mostly when I was having a conversation with Mr. Caunca. But in that
moment I realize, I need to prove that I am firm, flexible versatile in any kind of circumstances.
And I often showed them to make them amazed.

During my training days, I often practiced myself to wake up early in the morning just to
be on time and I am so proud to myself because I maintain it. I did paper works, researching and
encoding. And lastly, I would like to mention the most unforgettable and most tiring activities,
because we experience how to sale a land because we entertained a different people then, at the
end of the day, I will give myself enough time to rest to get ready for the next tiring day.
Grueling yet enjoyable. Because I knew these are the works that I may attain in the near future
and I hope it may come true.

As time went by, I learn to value intimacy and close knit relationship together with my
co-trainees and manager. I learn principles of archiving land records. I learn to handle my
responsibilities as well as my accountability to the station. I also observe proper time
management and act with speed and urgency.

I will not forget this internship mostly the last day, which is March 8, 2019. Yes, it was
the day I end my internship, but that day was the day I totally developed my personality and
capabilities.
I, Abigail Marianito, a business management student from BsbaM81 had completed a total of
three hundred (300) hours of office admin with brompton general services (bgc) in Unit 304
One Beatriz Tower Lauan St. Project 3, Quezon City.

On the first day of my internship, I felt so nervous to commit mistakes because I was a newbie
at that time and I also felt afraid mostly when I was having a conversation with the superiors.
But in that time I realize. I need to prove that I am firm. Flexible and versatile in any kind of
