For accomplishing customers/client's trust the organization observes a few guidelines with the
goal that they can grow their organization's qualities all over Bangladesh. The organization
consistently worry about the genuinely and unwavering quality of its workforce and accomplices.
That is the reason they cause them to separate from the other consultancy firm. The firm’s main
motto is that they are doing all their activities in an efficient way as possible while maintaining
the highest ethical standards.
Problem faces
Enroute International Limited(enroute) now and then do loads of exploration related works. For
these explanations, they have to do different sorts of reviews to get the real situation of the
exploration. At times, they are doing heaps of reviews in exploration related issues which may be
private more often than not. Therefore, the organization may b face loads of deterrents/in some
cases danger for the organization. That is the reason (enroute) consistently named those kinds of
individuals who are really dependable and legit enough are too handle these classified studies
issues. If they named any deceptive individual may be a danger for the organization. Since
without legitimate consent it unlawful to reveal other private issues. When a client(X) offers
(enroute) to sell the classified technique strategy followed by its adversaries. That organization
realizes that (enroute)already doing investigation for the improvement of X organizations
promoting methodology for their better improvement reason. Also, in one way or another, he
dealt with an assistant by offering a tremendous measure of cash. The agent is working for
cleaning the work area of the executives. In one way or another, he misses coordinated to give
the first record to the (X) organization. Also, that time the more elevated level official
notification that a few reports are absent. In any case, information and exploration were not very
secret. Yet at the same time, this may be an extraordinary danger for the organization. The more
significant position authority named an explore group who discover the genuine situation behind
the robbery. At last, they can discover the genuine guilty party within 72 hours. The investigation
team provides a formal actual report of who, why, when occurred these incidents. The higher
administration discovers the offender and assembles a crisis conference for the well-being
motivation behind the organization. Because, If the investigation team didn’t found the actual
culprit might be an honest and reliable officer fired.Which might impact negatively the overall
organization. Which may affect adversely the overall organization.
