DAY 2: LUMPIANG HINIRANG NA ISDA AT GULAY

ingredients we bought at the wet market for our ‘lumpiang isda at gulay’. The main ingredients from
bottom right we have Magic Sarap, Plastic Wrapper, Vinegar, Wrappers, Sayote, Bell Peppers, Labuyo,
Yellowfin tuna , Carrots, Egg, Celery, Oil, Cabbage, and Oyster Sauce.
Fig.2. We began to prepare the ingredients for cooking. We grate the carrots, slice the fish and the
vegetables, and
then, get the
condiments
ready.

Fig.3. When the ingredients are all well prepared, we now then start to put the cooked fish and
vegetables into the wrapper. Starting by adjusting the amount of stuff we put inside the wrapper by
gently rolling the wrapper in a piece.
Fig.4. After wrapping all of the stuffing, here is the ‘lumpia’ that we have made with a skillful and clean
finish. We are now ready to go the next step of cooking which is the fun part, FRYING!

Fig.5. Now the lumpiang gulay at isda are ready to be fried. After the frying pan was heated, we put the
oil and wait for it to stat boiling. And then, we first fry the lumpiang gulay then the lumpiang isda.
Fig.6. Here is the final product. From the left we have the Lumpiang isda and then the Lumpiang Gulay
paired with soy-vinegar dipping sauce, a chili sauce and sweet sauce, you may choose the sauce
according to your taste preferences.

Fig.8. After our product are all sold out we have acquired 1130.00 Php. In which we have first started
with 560.00 Php as capital and earned 570.00 Php.
