The opportunity to be chosen to work abroad is such an honor and as well as a

great experience for me as a manager. If you have chosen me, then that means I
comply the standards and quality that your company needs. I believe I have the
capability and ability to cope up with the changes in the market.
However, with the culture and tradition that the foreign country has it would be
better for me to go under particular training such as communication, interaction
and reassessment of my skills, so that I would be equipped with knowledge and
skills in working abroad. It would better to have development program not just
for my but for all of the company’s employees for us to learn something new, and
apply it in the business setting. It will not only help your employees in gaining
additional knowledge but also for your company in developing new ideas and
concept for our business.
If would be working abroad my needs would also change depending on the
environment, type of work and my materials. It would be better for the
compensation to be increase as a part of contract. Performance appraisal would
also motivate me to do much better and work and provide a quality of ideas and
concepts for our company.
