From the Component Matrix we can also calculate the Eigen values that explain more

than eighty percent of the variance. We calculate this by squaring the components and
adding them.

Reliability Statistics
Cronbach's N of
Alpha Items
.549 10

We perform a Reliability test, wherein we calculate the

Cronbach Aloha.
We see that the value of Alpha is 0.549 which is less than 0.7, and hence we can say that
the sample is not reliable. This is due to the fact that the selected variables are very less,
they should be more than 20. The value of alpha will improve if we increase the
variables.

We can see that in the first newly formed variable, the eigen value is greater in Ontime,
Food, Boss & Airline Young, we can call this “_________________” new variable.

In the second newly formed variable, there are Air Hostess, Freqfly and Lifestyle
combine to form “______________” new variable.

In the third, we have Comfort & Schedule to form “_________________” new variable.
