Pricing

The pricing strategy adapted by Dimalupig and Gabrielle Food Products is cost-based
pricing. The company have different mark-up for each product ranging from 17% to 50% based
on cost, since at present the company already have a stable demand. With that customer’s
perceived value regarding the product is not questionable and each products can be sold at a
profit even with a projected operating expense of Php 839,187.50.
