A private contractor in Singapore who specializes in construction of various steel works such as
cat ladders, pipe railings, checkered platforms, structural framings, etc. job responsibilities are as
follows:

 Prepare detailed material quantity take offs, checking of material availability and price, and
prepare sample project total cost.
 Coordination and provision of necessary information to technical team in order to produce
shop drawings.
 Handling of fabrication works in accordance to approved shop drawings.
 Sorting out of vendor, supplier or subcontractor’s quoted price and necessary information for
project discussions.
 Provision of project progress claims and direct tax invoice to main contractor supplemented
with required documents to substantiate claim.
 Assessment of client’s payment response to progress claim which is basis in order to assess
and prepare payment to subcontractors.
 Input all hard copy quotations, payments, delivery orders, transactions, etc. to company’s ERP
system (Globe 3) for documentation and record.
 Liaise with main contractor and client’s representative to plan and execute works.
 Conduct monthly site visits in order to monitor work progress and access issues directly.
2. Project Engineer at Alvelson Industrial Technologist Inc.
(From October 2016 until October 2018)

A private contractor in the Philippines who specializes in mechanical, civil, electrical, and
architectural works. Small project in industrial plants and buildings. job responsibilities are as
follows:

 Attend pre-bid meetings with clients and discuss plans, layouts, drawings to ensure
specifications and requirements are met.
 Design and build of structural steel and reinforced concrete structures using STAAD Pro.
 Prepare detailed material quantity take offs, checking of material availability and price, and
prepare sample project total cost.
 Prepare AutoCAD 2D drawings to be approved by clients.
