Good Evening everyone, On behalf of Kongu Engineering College, Kongu Business School,
we welcome our Head of the Department Dr. Somasundaram, our Guide and Associate
Professor Dr.Vetrivel, all our faculties of Kongu Business School and all our student friends
and participants from various colleges across Tamil Nadu for today's Webinar hosted by Mr.
Selva Vignesh, Professional Trainer and Charter President of Rotaract club of Adaiyalam on
the topic Focus (Leadership and Service)
Before we go further I would like to ask Gowri to introduce our chief guest Mr. Selva
Vignesh to the participants.
Guest Profile
Most of the people in the society believe in luck and destiny for their success and
achievement in life. But there are a few who always believe in themselves and make their
luck and destiny to work for them! Rtr. PP. T. Selva Vignesh belongs to such category.
He was born on 26th August, 1998 as elder son to Mr. Tamilselvan & Mrs. Periya Nayaki.
Hailing from the landmark of Mandavadi near oddanchathram in Dindigul District. He
completed his high School in Vivekananda Hindu Matriculation School, Neelagoundampatty.
In those period he began writing poems in his early teens, he was noted as a prominent orator
and poet in his school. And he is a state level handball player. After, he done his Higher
Secondary in Vidyaa Vikas boys higher secondary school, Tiruchengode. There he was
Cricketer in his school Cricket team. His love on Mathematics fascinated him to complete his
Masters in Kamalam Arts and Science College, Anthiyur. In his Under Graduation he was a
University Rank Holder, Department proficiency grade topper and also he was rewarded as
best student of Bharathiyar University in 2017 among 106 colleges. He enhanced himself as a
high peak hero when he was a students chairman in his college.
He started his Rotaract journey in 2015 during his College days. Because of his serving
nature he appointed as a Community Service Director of Rotaract Kamalam College for
the year 2015- 2016 . A year through Rotaraction he explored him in all the aspects of
learning. That Sprite made him as a Secretary in the year 2016-2017. Then he served as the
President of the club in the year 2017-2018. Through his effort and herodisam he retained
his club back in his presidentship. He is the first president in the club achieved Best
President Award of District 3202. In his presidentship Rotaract Kamalam College holds 7
awards from Rotaract International District 3202 and also he is one of the Host President in
the mega event SAGAPTHAM - a district conference and golden Jubilee year
celebration. This multi talented young man carried more fame, awards and reward than his
age. At next, he put his feet to the next level as a District Professional Service Director of
RID 3202 in the year 2018-2019. In that year he has bagged many individual awards
including that of Best Trainer, Rotasia Hero, Pride of 3202, IDYE champ. As a District
Professional Director, he successful organized SIGARAM THODU - a district leadership
Seminar. In 2019-2020 he was appointed as Zone Rotaract Representative (ZRR) of Zone - 3.
He is the only ZRR in RID 3202 first time initiated and arranged a zonal assembly
VARALAARU. Because of his endless energy of Rotaract knowledge and his unwaving
dedication and passion towards Rotaract made him as District Secretary
Adminstration(DRS) in that same year 2019-2020. His unconditional support has achieved
many remarkable and glorious moments by becoming DRS.
Now, he enters into a new dimension as a Charter President (2020-2021) by chartering
new club, Rotaract club of Adaiyalam. He is the youngest Rotaractor to achieve this feast!
There was no IDYE's were hosted without his footprints.
He participated uncountable IDYE programs and he wander around 15 Rotaract Districts. He
is not only popular in between Rotaract districts, well known remarkable person in RSMDIO.
He participated Rotasia Chandigarh, Rotasia Pune, Rotasia Goa and Rotasia Delhi. He was
one the 5 finalist in Mr. Rotasia Goa and Delhi.
A strong-willed and ritualistic leader and Certified Rotaract District Trainer with his million
dollar has paved his path and proved his fervent dedication to train Rotaractors. He handled
more than 50, Rotaract Orientation and Individual development program for the clubs in
Rotaract District 3202. A head strong personality with fine qualities of leadership, friendship,
Relationship and Companionship that he exhibits while fabricating his endeavors. He was
very obviously does not wear the power of his position on his sleeve. A soft spoken and
erudite man and a voracious reader, he takes the quite trouble to note down striking lines or
quotes from what he is reading but he love to highlight Thirukkural and other well known
author words. He engages his audience with such inspirational quotes so skillfully woven into
his narrative. As a prolific trainer he received C.V Raman award.
His creative bend of mind that illustrates his words to another level by writing his many
quotes and poetry in his Instagram page vicky_tweaks. These are crucial and impacted by
many people to change their lives. He is elated all along and his enthusiasm sings a beauty
song and effortlessly dance way through people hearts. He is a well known dancer and singer
of Rotaract District 3202 and also her College.
Only a person of his Caliber can lead the way to success and with credentials that he
possesses one would be most certain that he would leave no stone unturned. A person who is
huge; huge in physique, huge in knowledge, huge in attitude, huge in performance and huge
in results. We present before you, a vociferous speaker, a voracious reader, a learned trainer
and a perfect leader. - by his theme Let us stand United and lead for change.
