Overview

This session will tackle Articles 1156 – 1162 of the Civil Code which aims to
familiarize the students with the basic concept of legal obligation.

Study Guide

 The students will have to:

o Study in advance the Topic Presentation
o Search for examples and other meanings of terminologies that
are not fully understood.
o Answer the questions given as assignments.

 A scheduled synchronous session for about one and a half hours per
week will be conducted by the teacher with the students. This will give
the professor the opportunity to explain further the topics, address the
students’ concerns and give guidance as needed.
