TITLE : Committee meeting about the Corn Credit Assistance to Ten (10)
Corn Cluster Association/Cooperatives in the City of My and review the Memorandum of
Agreement relative thereto.

RATIONALE : A Memorandum of Agreement between the City Government of y

and the Ten (10) Corn Cluster Association/Cooperative in the City of ay was endorsed
by the Hon. City Mayor Florencio T., Jr., through the Presiding Officer Hon. Vice Mayor
Jay Warren R. for legislative authorization. The Committee on Agriculture and Agrarian
Reform, by law/ordinance, will conduct a Committee Meeting and/or Discussions about
the matter.

OBJECTIVE : To gather information about the Corn Credit Assistance, discuss

future comprehensive plans and all other matters pertaining to the Committee on
Agriculture and Agrarian Reform.

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS : 30 participants (committee members and their staffs).

DATE/VENUE : September 10, 2019 at Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, ay

City.

BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS : Snacks: 30 covers at Php 80.00/cover (A.M.) 2,400.00

TOTAL Php 2,400.00
