WORKING EXPERIENCE :
Designation : Executive ( Instrumentation Maintenance ) (17 Aug 2009 to present)

Presently I am working with Wartsila India Ltd. As an Executive in Instrumentation Maintenance Dept., in
a Power Plant ( of Ambuja Cements Ltd,Rawan,Chattisgarh ,an Operation & Maintenance site)
63MW Thermal Power Plant which is having 4 Boilers & 3 Turbines ( 1×70TPH AFBC Boiler CVL Make ,
1×70TPH AFBC Boiler Thermax Make, 1×80TPH AFBC Boiler Thermax Make , 1×135TPH CFBC Boiler
IJT Make. 2×15MW , 1×33MW Steam Turbines of BHEL Make ). I was involved in Erection and
Instruments Commissioning of 135TPH CFBC Boiler .

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:
 Inspection of the Plant to check any abnormality in Instrumentation side.
 Generating Daily / Monthly Progress Reports.
 Completing Preventive Maintenance of the plant including DM Plant.
 Giving job related instructions to the technicians & helpers.

 Calibrating various instruments like Control Valve, Pressure gauges, Pressure

Switches, Pressure; Flow; Level Transmitters, etc
 Controlling these instruments from DCS System.

 Attending any instruments related problem in the plant.

 Troubleshooting DCS related problems in the plant.
