Important Instructions

1.Please bring with you Test Voucher/Admit Card in hard copy printed in color. (Entry will not be allowed without hardcopy)
2.Please bring with you Original Photo ID proof such as (Election voter ID, Passport, Driving license, Aadhaar card, PAN card).
3.Please carry a HB pencil, eraser and sharpener.
4.Wearing a mask is compulsory.
5.Bring your own hand sanitizer.
6.If your body temperature is more than 99.5 F, you will not be permitted to write the test.
7.In Order to maintain to Social distance, Test Center will be open from 7.45 am itself.
8.Examinees are aware of the pandemic situation and are willing to cooperate with JALTRA and agree to take the test at their own risk.
9.Examinees are request to maintain social distance & avoid gathering in groups inside the test center.
Do not use pen for marking answers or for writing your registration no. We recommend you do not carry a pen with you when you come for
the test.

Other Important Instructions(read carefully)

1. Mobile phones, Electronic gadgets, Watches with alarm, Calculators, written chits are not allowed in the test Centre. If the above are
found to be in your possesssion, your candidature will be cancelled.
2.Please be at the examination centre by 7.45 AM on the day of test.
3.For 'Listening' Section, you are not allowed to enter the test room at any time after the CD/tape is set to run.
4.All belongings including valuables should be left outside the test room at your own risk. Therefore we suggest that valuables and
expensive gadgets are not brought to the test site. We are not responsible for your belongings.
5.Please maintain silence in the corridor during break time and while leaving the examination hall after your exam is over, as exam for
other levels may still be in progress.

Special Attention: JALTRA will send JLPT certificates/score card to your address provided by you in the application form, as and when
received from Japan Foundation, Tokyo. If you don't receive, get it personally collected from JALTRA office within two years from the date
of announcement of result failing which JALTRA will not able to give you JLPT certificates/score card.
