b) Phase 1 of the subdivision;
c) Unsubdivided parcel of land evidenced by a vicinity map hereto attached.

2. No homeowners association presently exists within our subdivision/community, or presently registered

with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, Home Financing Corporation, Home Insurance and
Guaranty Corporation, Securities and Exchange Commission, or other regulatory agency.

3. Since the subdivision is divided by phases and/or the territorial boundaries may be delineated, there are
NOT APPLICABLE (state the number) homeowners’ associations existing therein, namely:
