Minutes of EDD Review Meeting Held on 6th December

Sir has reviewed all new GAD and found OK. Before sending it to
marketing we have to communicate to them about the changes so as to
1) TITAS GAD Review ensure highlighted areas gets removed before reaching it to customer.
Also this time we have to be very clear about the tubings at inlet
whether they are in our scope or not to avoid last minute work.

Sir felt EDD should not keep file for long to issue spec. All hold files and
such special requirement files needs to be sorted out with TCOD Mr.
Hegde. Sir explained the working of DM-7 valve. New valve

manufacturing and assembly should be done as a special work where
each step is to be as per QAP guidelines. Again on coming thursday it
will be reviewed in presence of Mr. Hegde

3) D61 valve EDD can take a call for mentioning acceptance criteria based on data
sheet.

As per Strategic Business Plan D53 valve standardising will be on

priority. 1", 11/2", 2",3" and 4" -150# and 300# along with pilots. Index
4) EDD work Priority sheet for standardising also suggested by sir. Domestic gas regulator
development and improvement projects (SS316 bottom spring and Peak
material) work are on priority.
