Syed Faraz Mujtaba is CEO Damson Group, world’s largest Blue Ocean Strategy company

Syed Faraz is founder of distinguished business concepts including Business Acceleration &

graduate qualifications in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, and Applied
Psychology and is author of 4 books. He is also a regular speaker at World Strategy Summit,

Summit, managed and organized by World Development Forum in Dubai, UAE.
Marc Beauvois-Coladon is Chief Blue Ocean Strategy Consultant for Damson Group. Marc is a
Senior Faculty of The Blue Ocean Global Network. He is a Stanford University graduate and
holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started is professional career in the nuclear industry and the
diamond business. A Vice-President at the MAC Group strategy boutique, he created Banian
Consulting in 1997 with a total focus on Value Innovation under the Bleu-Blue Trademark.
As early as 1995, Marc worked with Professors Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne on the
development of Blue Ocean Strategy tools and methodology. He supervised the translation in
French of the books "Blue Ocean Strategy" and "Blue Ocean Shift". The ActiFry used as a thru-
example in Blue Ocean Shift is the result of a global Value Innovation initiative that he led for
the Groupe SEB. Since 1995, Marc has led numerous corporations and governments in their
pursuit of Blue Oceans:

Maham possesses over 5 years of experience in the fields of Media, Branding, Public
Relations, Advertising and Marketing. As part of faculty at prestigious National University of
Science & Technology (NUST), she is also pioneer as a Research Fellow in Centre For
Creative Economy with the aim of promoting ideas and implementing them in a way which
benefits the creative industries in the country.
By qualifications, Maham Bukhari is M. Phil in Communication Research from NUST, and she
regularly contributes to research in the fields of creative economy and marketing
communication.
Tessa Kerrich-Walker is Partner & Chief Management Officer (CMO) of Damson Group. She
specializes is the field of Learning & Development and Strategy Consulting & Implementation.
Tessa is best at partnering with businesses to develop and deliver learning strategy to drive
business outcomes. To this end, Tessa believes learning should be engaging, agile, blended
with ways of work, and fit for purpose. Against a backdrop of change and transformation in
driving a learning-as-work culture, Tessa has worked with business heads (including CEO,
COO, and CLO/CPO) to drive performance.
Tessa graduated from the Rhodes University School of Journalism to pursue corporate
learning and development. She specialized in the financial services and mining sectors but
has also pursued opportunities in the startup space, organizational learning & development
and strategic consulting. Prior to Rhodes University, she also graduated in Journalism from
University of Pretoria.
Her career spans inspirational pathways to work as Facilitator and Coach at FNB South
Africa, as New venture business analysis, design, and implementation at Calibur, as Learning
Consultant and Instructional Designer with LRMG, as Instructional designer at The IQ
Business Group, Inc, and as Learning designer with Hi-Performance Learning. Her journalism
career includes positions as Journalist & Sub editor at Grocott's Mail, Journalist with SA
Career Focus, and had special assignments with SABC News.
Tessa also won the Top Celebrator award at The Andrew Mellon Foundation Scholarship.
Dr. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh is a world renowned Economist, Member of the Federal Cabinet and
Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Finance and Revenue.
Dr. Sheikh has served as the Finance Minister of Pakistan from 2010 to 2013 and Provincial
Minister for Finance and Planning in the Government of Sindh from 2000 to 2002. He was
also a member of the Senate of Pakistan from 2003 to 2006, from 2006 to 2012, and from
2012 to 2018.
On April 18, 2019, he was appointed Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan for Finance &
Revenue.
Dr. Sheikh holds Masters and Doctorate degrees in Economics from the Boston University.
He has been on the faculty of Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, from
where he also advised several countries on their economic policies and programs.
Mr. Malik Amin Aslam is Federal Minsiter and Adviser to Prime Minister of Pakistan for
Climate Change. He also serves as Vice President in IUCN. Mr. Amin has previously Chaired
the flagship Green Growth Initiative for the KPK in Pakistan from 2013 till 2018 which included
the mass a forestation “Billion Tree Tsunami” project.
Mr. Amin Aslam studied Electrical Engineering for UET Lahore, got MBA in Finance from
McGill University, and MSc in Environmental Management from University of Oxford, where
he completed his thesis on the utility of the “emissions trading” concept within the context of
managing the Climate Change issue. He is also a member of the International Editorial Board
of Climate Policy Journal since 1998.
Mr. Malik Amin Aslam also worked as the private consultant with the World Bank and United
Nations on environmental issues. His area of expertise is climate change and has written a
number of articles and co-authored two books that have been published by the World
Resource Institute in Washington, D.C. He was also on the National Environmental Advisory
Board and the Environmental Protection Council before entering politics. He has also served
as a member of the UN Working Group on Climate Change since 1997. He was also elected
to serve on the governing council of International Union for Conservation of Nature for a four-
year term in 2012 and was re-elected as Regional Councillor for Asia at the World
Conservation Congress held in Hawaii (September 2016). He was also chosen to serve on
the high level "International Advisory Council" for the Eco-Forum Global. On March 23, 2019,
Mr. Amin was honored with the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan for his efforts in
implementing the Billion Tree Tsunami and his works for the environment.
Mr. Abdul Razak Dawood is a Member of the Federal Cabinet and Advisor to the Prime
Minister for Commerce, Investment, Industries & Production and Textiles.
Mr. Dawood also served as the Commerce Minister of Pakistan from 1999 to 2002.
Mr. Dawood is the founder of Descon Engineering Limited, one of Pakistan’s largest
multinationals and the only Pakistani engineering company to be included in the Engineering
News-Record list since 2007. Mr. Dawood has been CEO of Descon Engineering Limited,
Chairman of Rousch (Pakistan) Power Limited, Director of the Pakistan Business Council.
Mr. Dawood has also served as a Director of the State Bank of Pakistan.
STRANDZ first major project is its worldwide campaign to “Bring Aligarh Home’
through the establishment of the One Aligarh Innoversity (University) (OAI) in
Islamabad, the soft launch of which was held at the Sir Syed Memorial in
Islamabad, exactly a 100 years after the Muhammadan Anglo Oriental College
founded by Sir Syed Ahmed Khan in Aligarh, was awarded a University
Charter through an Act of the British Parliament , on Sir Syed Day the 17th
October, 2020.
It shall be the world’s first Blue Ocean University as depicted by the colour
blue in One, which word and figure also stands for Unity in recognition of the
legacy, teachings and vision of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan. It is planned to induct
students into the Innoversity’s nationwide Feeder Schools 8th Grade based
entirely on merit without any distinction between class or creed. Individual and
team sports, adventure training, physical development and character building
shall be mandatory throughout for all students.

From 8th Grade they will be taken all the way through Grade 12 to the Innoversity’s Colleges having been
trained in the Innoversity’s R&D Centres so that they leave the Innoversity with the required skills to gain
immediate employment or to be Entrepreneurial Employers..
This will be ensured by not only bridging the academia-industry gap but by removing the silos that currently
separate the two, while offering students a Hundred Future Subjects, establishing 10 Clubs of the highest
Global Forums and 10 Labs of the Industries of the Future, for the first time in our world today.
The STRANDZ Foundation, conceiver, pioneer and founding body of the One Aligarh Innoversity, in
collaboration with the Damson Group, welcomes you to the Blue Ocean Leadership Summit.
Your participation in the Summit and contributions in the form of participation fees, is the first step towards the
launch of the Virtual Component of the OAI targeted for the first quarter of 2021.
Major proceedings of the Summit shall go to the One Aligarh Innoversity Fund.
