Diagnosis:

Fire pump vibration readings and spectrums symptoms indicate soft foot, looseness and
misalignment, gear tooth damage inaccuracies.

Recommendation action plan:

 Time wave form and FFT Spectrum indicates clear repetitive impacts on gear teeth
damage inauuracies. Please inspect the gear teeth condition if required changed with new
one.

 Inspect the coupling alignment between motor to pump for any inaccuracies.
 Inspect the coupling bolts bushes condition for any inaccuracies.
 Inspect seating of motor soft foot to top of the mounts.
