Currency : UNITED STATED DOLLARS

Payment Terms : 100% Advance.

Delivery : 6 - 8 Weeks from date of receipt of advance. DDP- Chennai - India.

Note:
 Prices quoted are valid for 15Days only & as per the BOQ in the quotation.
 Prices of transportation may be adjusted to complement schedules if orders are scheduled in different phases.
 Our Commercial Offer is strictly based on the information provided by client. If there will be any change in the requirement,
in the form of comment sheet, drawing etc. will be treated as variation and charged separately.
 The order is based on BOQ specifications as required by the client. Cancellation/amendments in quantity after placement of
order are not acceptable and the client shall be obliged to pay the cancellation charges.
 Warranties will start from the date of material readiness.
 Client should only use the Original Equipment/ Manufacturer recommended material to maintain the compatibility &
integrity of the System and ensure that the system performance will be intact.
 Failure to comply to the above statement, all the warranties associated will be null & void.
 We do not accept any back to back agreements the contractor might have with their client. We shall claim interest for any
delay in receipt of payment exceeding 30 days. The interest rate shall be LIBOR + 2%
 The quoted prices are exclusive of any TAX. TAX in any form, including VAT, Withholding Tax levied in India & GCC shall be to
your account.
