Recruitment Executive 

foodpanda  is  the  world's  #1  online  food  ordering  platform  (website  and  mobile  app), 
where  hungry  customers  can  order  food  for  home  delivery  from  their  favourite 
restaurants,  based  on  their  location.  Currently,  we  are  operating  in  12  countries  and 
territories across Asia and Europe.  
We  are  launching  Cambodia  and  we  are  always  looking  for  talented  and  highly 
motivated individuals to join our family! 
We are looking to hire ​Recruiter Executive​ to join our team as below:   

Recruiter  Executive  will  work  closely  with  the  team  and  hiring  managers  to  manage 
sourcing,  interviewing  and  employment  processes.  To  be  successful  in  this  role,  s/he 
should  have  a  HR  academic  background  and  experience  screening,  evaluating 
candidates.  S/he  should  also  be  knowledgeable  about  labour  legislation.  The  ideal 
candidate  is  a  senior  level  and  working  independently  and  being  able  to  make 
effective  decisions  quickly.  Ultimately,  s/he  will  manage  our  recruitment  to  ensure  we 
hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.  

What's on your menu? 


 
● Stay  up-to-date  on  labor  legislation  and  inform  recruiters  and  managers  about 
changes in regulations 
● Develop  and  update the current recruitment processes (Process, Forms, Records 
and softwares) 
● Coach and advise hiring managers to understand hiring process and evaluate 
● Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs 
● Manage  the  recruitment  plan,  monitor  and  report  on  the  recruitment 
performance ( recruitment metrics report) 
● Employer branding  
○ Research and choose job advertising options 
○ Arrange and participate in job fairs and career events 
○ Build  the  company’s  professional  network  through  relationships  with  HR 
professionals, colleges and other partners 
● Perform hiring process from the start till the job offer to candidates 
○ Candidates  data  collection,  screening  and  arranging  to  follow  the 
interview steps  
○ Candidates feedbacks  
○ And process for job offer to select candidates  
● Conducting exit interviews  

 
 
What do you bring to the table? 
 
● Proven  work  experience  as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator - 
2+ years 
● Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases 
● Knowledge of labour legislation  
● Fluent in Khmer with good English skills ( ideally know some Chinese) 
● Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP 
● Experience  with  (phone  and  in-person)  interviews,  candidate  screening  and 
evaluation 
● Familiarity with social media and other professional networks 
● Excellent verbal and written communication and management skills 
● Integrity and confidentiality 
● Fun, open and charismatic personality with willingness in taking new challenges
