Interviewer : hello, good morning how are you?

Applicant : good morning ma’am I’m good thank you and you?
Interviewer : good, okay let me introduce myself first. my name is Nika S I am the one who
will interview you to get a job here. Should we start this interview?
Applicant : sure ma’am.
Interviewer : okay, first how do you describe yourself?
Applicant : before that, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to take part
in this interview stage. Let me introduce myself, my name is Noviana Sahdya
Putri I studied in STKIP Subang and graduated in 2022 with bachelor degree in
English educational program. After I graduated I was hired by KUMON as an
English tutor. Beside that I am very interested in International marketing such as
your company.
Interviewer : okay, so Noviana why did you choose this profession?
Applicant : because, your company is planning to expand into international maketes. With
enough experience in marketing as well as good english skils, I believe these
skills will be a huge advantage for the company.
Interviewer : alright that’s good, so what is your biggest weakness?
Applicant : my biggest weakness is being forgetful. To fix this, I always carry my notes
wherever I go to write down all of my to-do lists that I will be doing in the near
time.
Interviewer : okay, the last question is why we should hire you for this job?
Applicant : Well, I have all of the skills and experience that you’re looking for and I’m
confident that I would doing good in this project. Also I’m driven to deliver high-
quality work.
Interview : alright, that’s very good I think we should end this interview. Thank you
