Working closely with Human Resources and the leadership team to ensure a great

experience for our associates and managers, if you have an interest in Human
Resources this could be the right opportunity to help you move into this field since
we are looking for an HR assistant.

The HR assistant is the first link with our associates and will drive a positive
associate experience. In addition, HR assistant will deal with day-to-day queries
(e.g. attendance, pay, etc.). An HR assistant is expected to provide accurate and
timely management information.
It is a full time job; you will get health insurance, paid holidays, and flexible
schedules. You will get $40 per hour.

Successful candidates will show:


- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches,
policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business
objectives.
- Experience with rapid and complex work environment.
- Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization.
Basic qualifications:
- A completed Diploma’s Degree from an accredited college.
- Someone who can work independently; multitask, organize, priorities
workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
- Resume that shows steady progression in HR department for the last 3+
years.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1. HR assistant will deal with day-to-day queries (e.g. attendance, pay, etc.).
2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing
reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
3. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
4. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
