On behalf of CSMUN Okara Campus’s Model United Nations Management Team, We cordially invite
you to Virtual Model United Nations Conference 2020 which is scheduled to be held from 18th July to
19th July at The City School Okara Campus.

Dear Sir/Madam

We take pride in announcing the 2nd edition of CSMUN at The City School Okara Campus and we
are hoping that taking this initiative at this point of time where we all know that world is
experiencing one of the most catastrophic pandemic of its known history, can bring a new ray of
hope in our bounded routines presently.

Human history is filled with examples of great moral courage and perseverance at play to achieve
the heights of excellence and progress. It is proven, time and again that miraculous opportunities
were born out of the greatest challenges faced by humanity. This pandemic has, no doubt, shaken
the infrastructural ability and human resolve to its core but yet gain the intelligent inhabitants of this
planet has proved that working collaboratively and mending the way with kindness can bring the
crisis to its end.

We believe that bringing these challenging situations to the tables of discussion and debate are one
of the key factors to reach a progressive way forward. With the same belief, we are bringing this 2nd
edition of CSMUN in a virtual form and we hope that this new norm of the day where the online
world is becoming more familiar and cohesive can bring an entirely new look to the concept of
“MUNING”.

The organizing team is committed to make this virtual experiences as one of the best ones for
delegates by making the online streaming and conduction as smooth as possible. They are dedicated
to not only repeat the history of the last year’s success but to rebrand the entire idea by
incorporating the sorcery of Virtual World.

Registrations have already been initiated and can be done through our form or via our official email
address. The deadline for registration is 13TH July 2020

We are anticipating the same zealous delegates at CSMUN 2020, and sincerely hope to enjoy an

 REGISTRATION RULES

 The CSMUN Directorate has the authority to disqualify any delegation or delegate during
anytime of the entire event.
 In case of breach of rules, the CSMUN team has the right not only to disqualify the
delegation but also delist them from any other events at The City School Okara.
 The participants and participating schools must ensure that they register before the deadline
ends. Late submitted registration forms may or may not be entertained by the
administration.
 Classes 8 onwards are allowed to participate.
 The delegations must check and then double check all their information as changing the
information would not be possible.
 Each delegation may be composed of maximum 6 members
 The minimum number of delegates allowed per delegation is 4.
 Global village is compulsory for every delegation
 Please note that you can register yourself through our E-Request Form or attached
Registration Form Only.
 As this MUN will be hosted on zoom application, all the delegates will be provided with
official email addresses to join the sessions. Whatsapp groups of all the committees will be
made where session LINK, id’s and passwords will be sent
 If any delegate is found RAIDING the sessions or creating any sort of inconvenience or
disturbance, CSMUN administration will take strict action against him/her

Note:
Observers will have to register with their respective teams.
There is also no limit of maximum participants

COMMITTEES
The CSMUN will simulate the following 3 committees:

1. Covid19 Crisis Committee

2. United Nations Human Rights Council
3. Pakistan National Assembly
Note: Countries will be allotted upon registration. All committee will work as dual
delegate committee. Committee details, global village procedure and socials details will be
