Introduction:
Everyone will have variable emotions. So it is possible for everyone to get
stressed in some special situation. Like me, there are three special things which make
me feel tense. Firstly, the upcoming test stresses me a lot, especially, when i have not
review all of knowledge which will be tested in exam. Secondly, if i have something
left that i cannot finish suddenly but need to do it later, i will feel stressful for keeping
things in my mind. Finally, leaving something which i familiar with and facing
something which i am strange will make me feel tense, confused and uncomfortable.
For example, i need to leaving my family and all the thing i familiar with. Then go to
a strange place which i have ever gone. Though now i live in campus happily, at that
time, i feel scary about it and feel tense for unknowing what will happened next.

Body language
When i face something stressful, i will have some series of reactions next.
At the beginning, I will feel anxious about my test and cannot focus on other
things. Because i will thinking about my test when doing other things.
Additionally, i will feel irritable than usual. Since i feel i am so busy having
works all the day for there always has problems which i have things have not do.
Last but not least, facing some strange things which i have never experienced
will make me feel stressed and think about its troubles which may be happen in the
future. And get more and more pressure. Furthermore, when i sleep, my brain also
think about it and feel nervous.
However, for all these reactions i made before, i think is normal. Like i say in the
introduction, everyone will get these negative emotions. But i think how we do to deal
with them is significant.
I will do my best to finish all the things and tell myself do not delay anything i
need to do now to give last minute more stress to prevent these feelings. Because i
think when i dealing with everything actively, i will feel satisfied for not wasting any
time. And i will do some exercise and read some book to make myself great for
having a health daily life. When i face something which i always need to remind it, i
will do my best to finish it earlier. The less things i have not do, the less stress i will
get. At the same time, if the time is not limited, i will allow myself go out playing or
eating to forget my stress at a short time.

conclusion
All in all, i suppose it is formal to get stress but we need to help us reduce it and
not make it more and more. And i think if i keep a health lifestyle, i will less receive
stress. So i will insist having good use of my time to prevent pressure and make some
measures to get away from it when i feel stressful.
