An increasing number of people are buying what they need online.

The internet had undoubtedly changed the way people shop.In some countries, buying and
selling products online has become commonplace.Enthusiasts claim that the internet offers
consumers greater choice and flexibility. However, those who say that the Internet is transorming
the loves of consumers are going too far.

Firstly, although online shopping appears to offer greater convenience, it is often rather risky
and cumbersome in practice. Consumers cannot evaluate the quality of online producrs by
handling them directly.Instead, they must rely on sellers to describe goods accurately in words
and pictures.Mistakes can easily made leading to inconvenience of having to exchange good or
seek a refund.Products bought online also normally need to be deliveres by post. The
convenience of online shopping thus hinges in part on the efficiency of the postal service.

Secondly, in spite of the promise of lower prices, Internet shopping seldom offers substantial
savings.A competitive marketplace ensures that large price differentials rapidly disappear as
suppliers align themselves with one another. Also, the cost of postage is normally payed by the
buyer.A product that appears to be a bargain on screen often turns out to be no cheaper that the
same product bought in a shop. Not surprisingly, onlu one in ten purchases in the UK are made
online.

For these reasons, Internet shopping is likely to remain a minority pursuit. The continuing
popularity of shopping in the traditional way suggests that consumers continue to value its
advantages: the opportunity to sample, compare and buy products in a real as opposed to a
virtual space.

The performance of staff can have a significant impact on the success of a company.
The employees are the most important part of any organisation.I totally agree that the success
of a company depends upon its the hard work of its workers. Therefore, several ideas should be
implemented to increase the productivity of the employees.

Companies should provide the assurance that the life of their staff is invaluable. Thus, the
organisation needs to offer a helping hand by providing financial support and insurance. For
instance, health benefits should be provided to an employee and their family members. This will
promote the feeling of safety and security. Moreover, the staff appraisal system plays an
important role in encouraging the staff. An efficient and hardworking employee should be
rewarded in front of others. This will encourage other staff members to give their best to prove
themselves. For example, in many Indian hospitals, dedicated nurses are given the title of ‘best
nurse’ on nursing day. Hence, this will enhance the quality of care provided by nurses. Thus it is
evident that, the reward system motivates the staff to give their best.

The workplace and the working condition should be appropriate. The company should provide
a safe and conducive work environment with adequate facilities, proper lighting, hygienic
washrooms and canteens. A better environment prevents the mind from getting distracted.
Consequently, the staff can focus on their work and deliver better results. Furthermore, it is very
important for a worker to be happy and satisfied because only a happy person can devote himself
physically and mentally towards his work.

In conclusion, it is the sweat and blood of an employee which take companies to heights.
Therefore, the staff productivity should be increased by keeping the workers happy and
motivated by appreciating their work and rewarding them with raises and promotions.

Rich countries are getting richer while poor countries are getting poorer.

For many decades, the huge gap has been seen between wealthy countries and underprivileged
countries. The main reason behind this is that prosperous nations could expand the growth by
means of the modern technologies while developing countries could not because of the lack of
these technologies. Despite this huge gap, there are some steps if taken collectively, this
difference could be decreased.
There are many reasons behind the expansion of the differences between countries. Firstly, poor
countries do not have advanced types of equipment and technology for industrialization which is
quite necessary for the development of any civilization. For instance, they are still using basic
ways to cultivate and harvest their crops owing to which, they could not get enough yield for the
total population. Secondly, there is a low Human Development index because of lower life
expectancy, education and per-capita income. They are still fighting with all these dilemmas to
stabilize the economy. Thirdly, richer countries are increasing their wealth by means of higher
production through the fast-paced technological advancement. Finally, developed countries have
higher literacy and lower unemployment contributing more steady economy. Thus, due to lack of
resources and skills, underdeveloped countries could not keep pace with the developed ones.
However, there are many measures to be taken to decrease this space. Firstly, developed
countries can start the humanitarian programs to provide the aids for the needy citizens of the
third world countries. For instance, they could motivate the students to take a gap year for
volunteering in training programs. Also, they can export the contemporary instruments free of
cost. Secondly, the world organizations can help the poorer by providing a subsidized reservoir.
They can also provide loan for the different evolution strategies. A prime example of this is the
world health organization granted large fund to India for the mead day meal scheme and woman
development plans. Thus, affluent states and other agencies can support the poverty stricken
provenance for rapid advancement for their countrymen.
To conclude, developed countries are using their expertise for the well-being of their
communities but the less developed territories are still struggling to cope up with the quandaries
like penury, lower life expectancy and HDI etcetera. Nevertheless, only well-developed nations
and agencies could provide assistance so that they also could rub their shoulders with this fast-
paced world.
