Kalye Bisignis was built not only to give satisfying food but also for you
to remember how beautiful our Filipino culture is. Our business name comes from
the word “kalye” and “bisignis”. Kalye is a Filipino word means a street and
Bisignis derived from the old English language means business. Since most of our
foods can be seen in every corner of the road, we named it after a street. A street is
a public road that is used to refer the financial markets that most of time is invaded
by vendors with energetic vibe.
Food is an absolutely vital part of the travel experience. The key to
understanding a place's culture and history often lies in its cuisine. Not only in
eating street food an easy and inexpensive way to fill your stomach but it also
opens the door to a whole world utter deliciousness. The street food scene in our
section is vibrant and exciting. We are inspired by the usual streets here in the
Philippines, that is why the structure of Kalye Bisignis is more on like fiestas and
filled with stalls. We made it more comfortable and relaxing to stay. The tables are
cover by banana leaves, where most of the Filipino used it as a plate. The stalls are
made of bamboo and coconut leaves serves as a roof. We also make the ambiance
more vintage, as we used some decorations that is align to its theme. We put some
colorful banderitas to make the room more vibrant through its color.
Indeed, street foods are enjoying much popularity. Not only do customer
relish eating it, but the business itself has a very low start-up cost. Humility came
up with this business plan because we want our customers to have an affordable
and budget friendly food that will give them the satisfaction. In order for us to be
successful, a clear vision backed by a solid business plan is needed.
Our section's street food business is available in different varieties – from
the usual squid ball, kwek-kwek, fries and more that will surely make your
tummies full and happy.
