environment related to their field of s peciali zation to enhance their

technical knowledge and skills enrich their skills in communications and human

Academic institutions are faced with challenges particularly on the skills they

lacking by companies are taught in the academe that is, technical, human resource and
conceptual skills. In addition to that, these same skills can also be reinforced through on-the-job
training programs. On-the-job training (OJT) programs are course requirements providing an
opportunity to apply the theories, principles and ideas learned in the academe under
supervision. These training programs expose the students to work realities which will ideally
hone their skills and prepare them once they get out of the university or college.

CHAPTER II
SCHOOL PROFILE

History of Nan Sing School

Nan Sing School was established in the year 1940, During that time, there were only few
pupils and so the parents shared their dwelling places for classroom and instruction purposes,
When the World War II broke out , the school was forces to close down. After the war, the
Chinese community organized a school board and planned to put up a school building. Finally in
1948, a two story wooden structure was built; the board secured necessary papers and
corresponding permit to operate and was duly recognized by the Education Department.
Unfortunately, the school building was razed down to ashes in June 1951. The Board of Trustees
rented a house to resume a classes.
A general assembly was called for to raise fund and was able to put up a new two story
building, which lasted about half century. In 1996, the school started its secondary level to nature
its products from elementary level. Two years after the board, they thought to establish a new
concrete building due to the demand of time. To raise the necessary amount for the construction
of the four story, a reorganization officer was done. The school is the Chamber of Commerce. It
is a legacy to preserve Chinese Culture and Heritage to be passed down to the younger
generations.

Chapter III
COOPERATING AGENCY PROFILE

HISTORY
The hospital was conceptualized and was spearheaded by five bold and fearless
doctors that saw the need to offer an alternative to the present crop of institutions offering
medical services. What they envisioned was tertiary level hospital that they can proudly
say they built and will provide superior service that is comparable to the services
provided by well-established hospitals in Manila.
Armed with determination, common goal, camaraderie, and conviction to realize
their shared dream, these initial five doctors invited their friends who share the same
vision to join the building group. The corporation was born after they were able to garner
sufficient mass of incorporators and shareholders.
The hospital building ground breaking was made October 10, 2010 (10.10.10), a
unique and suspicious day to begin the project. Thus, begin the journey both by the
individual doctors and the newly formed corporation that will shepherd the hospital until
it will be ready to function.
Its vision and dream is to be the most respected and trusted healthcare provider
with unparalleled professionalism. We will be the hospital of choice of patients,

hospital will become the market leader and benchmark in terms of the quality of service
that it provides, its safe and comfortable accommodations, and complete array of
diagnostic, therapeutic, supplies and medicines in the whole valley.
