    PROFILE EDUCATION
    I am from Safford, Arizona currently Grand Canyon University
    residing in La Quinta, California. I am August 2016 – December 2020
    caring, respectful, full of energy, and  Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education
    enthusiastic. My future grade to teach is 2nd  Minor in Psychology
    grade, although, I have worked with  Sheltered English Immersion Endorsement
    childcare-8th graders and had an amazing
     3.51 GPA, Dean’s List in 2020
    experience. During high school, I gained
     80 hours of Practicum in Alhambra Elementary School District (observed
    extra cords for my graduation for
    8th grade math, 4th-5th grade reading, and 1st-2nd grade; taught mini-lessons
    completing Community Service. In this
    throughout my courses in the Practicum classes; worked 1-on-1 and in
    time, I worked with 1st, 3rd, and 4th graders at
    small groups with the diverse classes).

    decided to pursue a career in working with  NES Subtest 1 score: 203, NES Subtest 2 score: 182, Professional
    students. While in college, I was involved Knowledge Exam: 237 Passed
    with Educators Rising, Hip-Hop Club, Big  Currently on my 17th week of Student Teaching with AESD

    Cooking/Baking I mainly worked with kids aged two-three, working on their gross and fine motor
    Writing skills, creating and delivering lesson plans, and collaborating with other teachers at
    the facility. I also worked with one-year old’s, learning sharing skills, colors, and
    SKILLS shapes.

    Communication I paired 8th graders with 3rd graders who were at risk with their reading skills and
    Leadership comprehension. I taught the 8th graders the curriculum so they can assist the 3rd
    graders in a supportive manner.
