Goal 1 In my year 4, I will use new apps to explain the lessons for KG1

teaching practice.

Reflection
I liked this Live worksheet website because it include a lot of
worksheets about every topic comes in your mind for the age
from 4 to 10 which is the young learners. Also, you can design
your own worksheet and you can share it with your students. You
have the chose to keep your worksheet private or public where
other people can use it as well.

Goal 2 In my last year of teaching practice, I will participate in the


performance and development process of the special needs
students.
Rationale I have noticed in all my previous teaching practices that the
teacher does not focus on the Special Need (SN) student as
required because she has another normal 20 students inside the
classroom. When I start my TP my mention school teacher ask me
to help the SN students and those who consider as low-level
students.

Reflection
Because I doesn’t went to a real teaching practice I didn’t have a
SN student to help. In semester 8, I may be in class with SN
student and I will implement my goal.

Goal 3 In my semester 7 teaching practice, I will learn new classroom


management strategies that helps me to mange my lessons while
teaching.
Rationale Because on my last TP my mentor school teacher asks me to
develop my classroom management which will help me as a teacher
to keep students on track as well as it will help the student to
engage more with me while I am teaching.

Reflection Every time I teach, I use ClassDojo and the wheel of name. they
helped me a lot to control the students by giving the student who
don’t misbehave and who answer correct a points in ClassDojo and
engage them to answer and practice on the lesson by choosing
them randomly with the wheel of name, this makes them focused
in the lesson so when I choose one of the students answers
correctly.
