Cart Abandonment Analysis

Abandoned carts usually result in a decrease in revenue through your shopping


process. Cart Abandonment Analysis is the process where we analyse what happened
in the customer journey to prevent a possible churn and reach the customer to avoid a
possibly bad booking experience.

With the Cart Abandonment Analysis at Zuper, you will be notified whenever a customer
drops off midway without completing

Mike runs a cleaning business called Z clean. Mary, a customer of Z clean logs in to
book a maid on Thursday.
But after seeing there are no free slots, she drops off the journey. Mike who believes in
providing stellar support
is notified by Zuper at which point Mary drops off the booking. There is more to that
Mike will also be able to see Mary's entire customer journey from login to where she
dropped off to assess
her underlying problem- In this case, it is the unavailability of booking slots.

In order to configure your cart abandonment analysis, Click on the CMS on the left-hand
side of your menu options and further click on the Abandoned bookings option. You will
see the total value of the booking and the number of orders that
were abandoned in the midway of the customer cycle. You also have the option to filter
the cart values by the last updated time
and cart value and also sort them into the ascending or descending order based on the

You can also filter by service date, addons, discount, removed discount, and so on
which helps you in segmenting your high priority customers and also the exact reason
due to which they left.

With this information in hand, Mike sends an email to Mary and follows up with a call to
action.
Mary now sees the email and reschedules her booking. Mike now sees Mary's amount
under conversions and thus
wins his loyal customer back.
