Stem sealing is by conventional stuffing box with

29 W Shoes and Channels are manufactured from bronze
H1 B and help to reduce friction between the wedge and

achieved. Shoes and Channels are necessary when

The wedge nut is made of bronze with lubricating
9 abilities providing optimum compatibility with the
32 stainless steel stem.

The wedge is made from ductile iron with bronze face
6 rings which are machined to a fine surface finish to
5 ensure optimum contact seal with body seat rings.
