PAST SIMPLE, NEGATIVE FORM

● We need to use the auxiliary did + not (didn’t).

● When we use the auxiliary, we put the verb in the INFINITIVE form.

● Do not use didn't with the verb to be (the correct form for this verb is
was not – wasn’t or were not – weren’t).
